I know if you work for the Starbucks in the Safeway, You are a Safeway store employee. Not a Starbuck Employee. I asked once. If you want to work at Starbucks, You have to work at one of their stores. like the one at Smokey Hill and Himalaya or Arapahoe Crossing. Or Park Meadows. Carla Klein

I work for Kaiser Permanente and they definitely cover WLS for employees, in fact most employees have it coverred at a $0 copay, just have to pay for the classes and visits.  They do have some night shifts depending on the dept. you are working in.  I know people have heard some bad things about Kaiser but I love working there and they have awesome benefits, I pay nothing for my monthly premium, in fact they pay me to have insurance.  They give you a stipend to use every month and you pick and choose what to use it on, such as medical, dental, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability and more.  If you go over the stipend you pay the difference.  Right now I pay like $6 a month and it's just me and my son, but I have all the coverage I can get.  Check out jobs at www.kp.org, then I think it's the purple box at the bottom for careers.  Kaiser does both Lap and Gastric Bypass, there is a process and the wait is a year or less, but once approved it's just a matter of waiting your turn.
